Me!

Graduating soon as a mechanical engineer at UCSB, I can't wait to apply my skills to solve real-life problems in the companies and industries. Having well prepared myself for the upcoming career, I, during my most recent internship at Zodiac Aerospace, obtained valuable hands-on design and manufacturing experience and learned to be a self-motivated team player and real problem solver. At university, I have accumulated professional engineering skills (product design, project plan...) and learned some Business and Management Skills (product analysis, sale...). Out of school, I have immersed myself in learning and researching trending technology in the industry. Also, I improved my personal strength (communication...) through reading books, consulting mentors, and learning from previous failures. Over time, I

► became a highly adaptable, independent, and self-motivated person

► know how to prioritize short-term and long-term goals and accomplish by set time

► learned how to learn new things in the shortest amount of time with minimal supervision

► developed ability to connect with people and be a good team player

To make myself highly productive in work and study, I always follow my professional code (GKRA)

Ⓖ ➡ Goal: Set quantified goals with  clear deadlines

Ⓚ ➡ Knowledge: Leverage learned knowledge and still keep learning and up to date

Ⓡ ➡ Resource: Fully utilize current resources to maximize outcomes

Ⓐ ➡ Action: With clear goals, sufficient knowledge, and necessary resources, then it is the time to commit myself into the hard work to make these goals accomplished.

Here are some of my already built-in knowledge:
Professional Skills:

Product design, project plan, manufacturing, and lean product development.

Personal Strengths:

Team player, fast learner, problem solver, and verbal/written communicator.
